Endless Elegance

When Liz Crawford launched Swish Mag she had a wonderful launch party. So many people showed up! It was so great to connect with so many of the wonderful people I have worked with over the years. Specifically ,the models whom I worked with on countless catalog shoots, were these amazing accomplished women who inspire to this day.

I pitched the idea of doing a series of portrait of these woman to Liz and she enthusiastically agreed. She managed to put in to words the reason behind these images better than I:

“From Twiggy to Kim K, the idea of what is beautiful has changed dramatically throughout the years. Having grown up and spent most of my life in the fashion industry, I have come to understand that our idea of beauty changes but it also deepens. Much of my life has been spent with those considered to be the world’s most beautiful. The following women are no exception. They are and have always been stunning but as time goes on, I see their beauty differently. These women have stories of courage, strength and perseverance. Their grace, elegance and fierce-resilience has evolved in time making their 40’s, 50’s and 60’s effortlessly beautiful.”
