Playing with colour in portraits again. Always trying different things, different techniques
Last time time I asked “who wants to shoot?” On my stories, @nadialii was the only one who answered “me!!” And we created this!

I originally set up the lights with red on @nadialii and blue on the background as you can see in previous posts.
But after exploring that set up for many frames I employed one of my mantras:
“Flip it n trip it”
Whenever I start to feel like I’m approaching the natural conclusion of a set up I try and find a way to up end it on its self. Swapping the gels, changing lenses, radically change the pose, anything to create a surprise to respond to.
