I’ve mentioned this little app, Breaktime to a few people and everyone seems to think its a great idea. Basically it locks up your Mac every once in awhile to remind you to get up and stop working on the computer. Crazy simple, I know but anyone can tell you how easy it is to fall down the rabbit hole and spend oodles upon oddles of time staring that that screen. The app costs $4.99 about the same as a Grande Latte in Sydney Australia
